I work closely with every client on a one-to-one basis to find the exercise programme that suits each individual's needs and preferences.

Together, we can also review your dietary habits and suggest changes that will help you get the most out of your meals and snacks, and keep you feeling your best. I welcome vegan and vegetarian diets, as well as gluten-free and other alternative dietary requirements.

I also offer sports massage to help you get the most out of your training.
